Dead Bush is found in desert biomes on top of sand. It is a non-solid block and does not obstruct movement.

This block has no other use than decoration and does not drop anything when broken, unlike the Tall Grass (Dead Bush) variant.

Since Beta 1.8 (Pre-Release 2) this block is called Dead Bush (instead of Dead Shrub) and can be used in Creative Mode.
