Sticky Pistons work exactly like a normal Piston, but they pull back the block in front of to the piston head.

When extending the Sticky Piston can push up to 12 blocks. When retracting the Piston Head will pull back the block directly in front of it. Sticky Pistons do not hold up Sand or Gravel against gravity.

Obsidian, Bedrock, Note Blocks, tile entities and extended pistons cannot be pulled. The sticky effect only works when the piston is retracting

Currently the Sticky Piston recipe is the only use for Slimeballs.
